Jeremy Baker

Jeremy brings over two decades of high-acuity frontline experience in fire and emergency medicine to Panhandle Frontline MedED. Currently serving as an active Battalion Chief and having worked extensively as a field paramedic, he understands the exact operational realities, clinical stress, and administrative bottlenecks that medical and industrial facilities face today. As Clinical Director, Jeremy leverages this real-world, active-duty expertise to lead curriculum design and AHA accreditation standards, ensuring every program builds genuine, muscle-memory readiness rather than just checking a compliance box.

Justin brings over two decades of high-level operational experience in emergency management, fire, and EMS to Panhandle Frontline MedED. Having served as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for a major hospital system and an EMS Coordinator at the regional level, Justin understands the complex logistics of corporate safety and facility-wide compliance. As Operations Director, he bridges the gap between frontline clinical standards and strategic corporate partnerships. By leveraging his expertise as an AHA Training Center Coordinator and an Incident Safety Officer, he ensures our scalable solutions integrate seamlessly into an organization's daily operations while mitigating risk and meeting the strictest regulatory requirements.
